Our system continuously audits the public review scores of every listing on the platform across Google and independent review platforms. The moment a business's rating drops below our 4.0-star benchmark, our system flags it immediately—triggering our grace period review and ensuring our directory never features sub-par experiences or outdated reputations.

We enforce strict adherence to the terms and guidelines of platforms like Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot. All reviews must be rooted in genuine, real-world customer relationships and actual transactions. We have zero tolerance for fake reviews, incentivized manipulation, or review gating designed to artificially inflate ratings. If a business tries to cheat the system, they are barred from the site.

The platform is founded and operated by Kasper Skov Jensen – a formally trained journalist (from the Danish School of Media and Journalism - DMJX) and digital specialist.
